A multi-office law firm are looking for a commercial property locum to help out for a period of around 6 months at their offices in York. The fee earner you will be covering for opens around 4-5 matters a month, ranging from leases, freehold sales and purchases, deeds, options, overages, sale and purchase of land (but not agricultural land).
 
Ideally you will be based at the firm's offices in York on a full-time basis. However, there may potentially be the possibility of 2 days working from home and 3 days from the office - office attendance will be required for this role though as it is not suitable for remote only.
